This Privacy Policy describes how the OCJ Connect mobile application (“App”) collects, uses, and handles information when you use it.
The App collects only the information necessary to perform mobile check-ins:
Check-in data is used exclusively by your organization to track attendance and program participation. It is stored on servers controlled by your organization and is not accessible to Hyperion Works or any third party.
The location token is stored using your device’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Check-in data is transmitted over HTTPS to your organization’s server.
Check-in records are retained according to your organization’s data retention policies. To remove your token from the device, use the Sign Out option within the App.
The App may be used to record check-ins for youth in care. No personal data beyond what is described in Section 1 is collected. The App does not knowingly collect data from children independently; all data is submitted on behalf of and managed by authorized organizational staff.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
